About Jim
I began working at Al Serra in 2017. I have been in the dealership world for almost 17 years. I have worked in service as a technician for 4 years, in parts for 12 years, and recently moved to a Service Advisor at the Cadillac building. I have 2 kids, a boy, and a girl, and my weekends are spent making memories with them. My passions include my family, automobiles, ATVs, and the outdoors. I strive to make all my customers happy with their visit. A trip to the Service Department is not always planned, but it is always an opportunity to help someone through a tough situation.

I think Jim did a good job of explaining what was being done and also informed me of another issue and got it fixed right away.. Everything was done in a timely manner and they added extra little details like a car wash and vacuum. I appreciate good communication and service.

Over all, fairly good. He did not explain all the hidden charges, is shop supplies etc. when talking about service to be performed.
