Overall Greg was great to work with and very professional throughout the process. Communication was solid and everything went well overall. My only frustration was the amount of time spent at the dealership. I mentioned upfront that I did not want to spend hours there and requested as much paperwork as possible be completed electronically beforehand. Some of it was done digitally, which I appreciated, and I also understand certain documents require wet signatures. That part is completely understandable. I just feel the process could have been more streamlined to better respect the customer’s time.

Greg is knowledgeable about the product, was able to answer questions we had, explained the buying/financing process to us, along with completing the paperwork. He was very pleasant to work with, and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle, by explaining all the different functions etc. He also checked our old, totaled vehicle, and retrieved a house key on the fob.
