I am from Grand Blanc and joined the Al Serra Team in 2019. You will find that I am very upbeat and ready to assist you with any of your service needs. You can count on me to be transparent and honest, and my goal is to make sure you are delighted with your service experience. I work toward having repeat business as I want to be your service guy. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing and watching any sports venue. I am a big Michigan State fan; GO GREEN! I also enjoy traveling, and my favorite destination so far has been to Colorado.

Oil change was quick and I was able to get some work done while I waited.

All is all, things were OK. The car was wasn't working. The air pressure in my tires wasn't checked. My washer fluid wasn't topped off. I even checked my oil to make sure it was changed... Having said that, it took a long time, considering it turned out to just be an oil change. I probably won't be back...
