I am from Grand Blanc and joined the Al Serra Team in 2019. You will find that I am very upbeat and ready to assist you with any of your service needs. You can count on me to be transparent and honest, and my goal is to make sure you are delighted with your service experience. I work toward having repeat business as I want to be your service guy. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing and watching any sports venue. I am a big Michigan State fan; GO GREEN! I also enjoy traveling, and my favorite destination so far has been to Colorado.

Connor was very helpful and efficient. He immediately came out to my vehicle when I drove up. From beginning to the end of my visit Connor took good care of me. He explained to me everything that I needed to know and he answered all of my questions. He really knows his stuff. Thank you Connor for making my very first Cadillac service experience a lot less nerve wracking into a more calmer experience.
